Antiableism

Our higher education system is full of barriers. These can manifest themselves in many different ways: They can be financial, physical or psychological.
Studying must be possible for everyone, regardless of personal impairment.

Depression, just like a physical disability or a diagnosis of ADHD, should not prevent us from accessing higher education.

What do we have in mind?

  • Unconditional accessibility in university buildings & student residences
  • Make courses accessible to visually and hearing impaired people and make them available online with streams.
  • Every examination must be designed on request in such a way that people with disabilities can take it. This also includes adapted marking formats.
  • More health insurance places for therapy & expansion of therapy centres
Right to pause studies without loss of financial aid and obligation to give reasons
  • Destigmatisation of mental and physical impairments
